What was your approach the last time you figured it was time to take a gamble and invest in:
– Developing a new product or service?
– Integrating AI or making major changes to your workflows?
– Or one of dozens of possibilities?
Then, how did you prioritize them, to select which one/s to invest in first?
During our Members’ Only Discussion, we’ll discuss “Emerging Opportunities” that you’ve considered, researched, prioritized, and launched – or decided to hold off on. We’ll be particularly interested in hearing your approach to identifying emerging opportunities, then what metrics you used to assess and prioritize them based on their likely ROI.
We’ll also discuss What Else Is Keeping You Up Nights?
